Rose initially became involved in employment law matters when trying to assist personal injury clients that, as a result of their injury, faced difficulties in their employment. That grew into an employment law practice where Rose assists both employers and employees, helping them find solutions to work place issues. Rose has experience assisting both employers and employees in dealing with a variety of issues including initial job offers, terminations, navigating changes to the terms or conditions of employment and identifying human rights and employment standards issues. Although Rose’s focus is on achieving a negotiated resolution for her clients she has experience at human rights tribunal hearings, employment standards adjudications, arbitrations, trials and appeals in employment law matters.
